Newbourne Woodland Campsite in Newbourne offers facilities for campers and glampers in a tranquil countryside setting. Situated near Woodbridge in Suffolk, we are ideal for an idyllic break in a beautiful part of the country.
Our adults-only site has 20 pitches available. Imagine spending the evening round the campfire and lighting the barbecue by your tent on your woodland or meadow pitch. We truly are a haven for peace and relaxation. Guests have access to excellent toilet and shower facilities. Please note we do not provide electric hook ups. Peace and quiet is the order of the day, hence we are unable to accept groups of more than four people.
Kingfisher Cabin: You can enjoy a more luxurious experience in our gorgeous cabin, nestled in a secluded spot. The quirky cabin, a converted showman’s trailer, sleeps up to 2 people and has a lovely decking area which overlooks a spring-fed pond. A great spot for a morning coffee whilst admiring the view. Inside there is a fully equipped kitchen with a full-sized gas cooker, fridge, microwave, kettle, saucepans, cutlery and crockery. The sitting room comes with a wood burner to keep you warm and toasty in the winter months. The cosy bedroom has a small double bed and there is an electric shower with a modern flush toilet. A BBQ and fire pit are provided.
Cherry Tree Cabin: Our charming cabin sleeps up to 2 people and is at the edge of the wood. From the decking area, you can enjoy views over the adjoining water meadow. Comfy beds come with Hypnos mattresses and easy chairs. A useful outdoor kitchen has gas rings and storage cupboards, saucepans, crockery and cutlery. You can admire the stars at night by your fire pit to complete a memorable experience.
