Doe Park Caravan Site offers facilities for tourers and motor homes located in the village of Cotherstone near the market town of Barnard Castle in Durham.
The caravan park is situated on a working farm close to the pretty villages of Cotherstone and Romaldkirk.

Even though there isn't an onsite shop guests can purchase milk and orange juice from reception and the local shop is located less than a mile away.
The caravan park offers spacious and private pitches on a beautiful site that is well lit at night and offers stunning views.
There is a regular bus service that goes from just outside the caravan park where guests can to the historic market town of Barnard Castle or Middleston in Teesdale. There are numerous walks that can be taken from the caravan site as well as the Teesdale and Pennine Ways walks being close by.
Adjacent to the park is Balder Banks Nature Reserve where there is a range of wildlife, birds and plants. Guests are also more than welcome to fish on the caravan sites river or the local reservoirs that are just a short drive away.
