Folly Gardens is a campsite situated in Whitby, North Yorkshire catering for tents and camper vans. We also have a two bedroomed self-contained cottage and a one bedroom self-contained apartment and ensuite room only accommodation.
The campsite is in an excellent location being the closest to Whitby. We are just a 5 minute walk from the town centre. There are walks available from the doorstep with access onto the coastal footpath to Saltwick Bay and Robin Hoods Bay.
We have 14 pitches for tents all non electric. Maximum tent size 5m x 3m.
From £25 per night all with a minimum stay of two nights.
We have five individual fully tiled wet rooms with showers /WCs and wash basins and two separate WCs with wash basin.
There is a washing up area & Elsen waste disposal unit.
BBQs are allowed coals only no wood fires.
Sorry we do not allow pets / gazebos /8 and 10 berth tents and large groups.
There is plenty to see and do in the area, with something for all ages. We are n 8 minute walk to the Swing Bridge and near centre of Whitby. Come and explore the surrounding areas including Robin Hood's Bay, Staithes and Runswick Bay. Other attractions nearby include:
Whitby Abbey.
Whitby Museum.
Captain Cook Memorial Museum.
Dracula Experience.
Whitby Lighthouse.
