Thacka Lea Caravan Park in Penrith, Cumbria is the perfect base to explore the Lake District and Eden Valley in your touring caravan or motorhome. The park is open from the 1st March to the 31st October. We are located off the A6 at the north end of the small market town of Penrith. Penrith is an attractive tourist centre, offering good transport links, specialist small shops, many restaurants, leisure and sporting facilities.

Thacka Lea Caravan Park has 25 touring pitches with electric hook ups, both grass and hard standing pitches are available. The parks facilities include a toilet and shower block, separate washing up area, waste disposal and recycling bins. The park is pet friendly but dogs must be kept on a lead at all times. There is no set arrival or departure time so you can make the most of your stay with us at Thacka Lea Caravan Park.
