Description

Anwoth Holiday Park is set in peaceful surroundings within walking distance from the town of Gatehouse of Fleet. The park is also only 30 minutes from Castle Douglas which has many independent shops and a few supermarkets.

The park is licensed for 73 pitches which consist of 46 statics and 27 tents/tourers. 10 of the touring pitches have hard standings and electric points. The holiday park is a place of quiet as there are no play areas or shops just a haven of wildlife and relaxation. If you're lucky you may see herds of deer, birds of prey, squirrels and otters.

Guests have use of all the facilities at Auchenlarie Holiday Park which include an indoor heated swimming pool, gym, bistro, soft play area and crazy golf.

The holiday park is located in an area where you will be spoilt for choice of things to do. There are lots of activities to do such as walking, sailing and cycling. The area is full of historic attractions such as Cairnholy, Carsluith Castle, Dundrennan Abbey and Kenmure Castle. There are always events going on in the area from jazz festivals through to the popular Gaelforce event.
