The Room with a View shepherd's hut is situated just 20 minutes away from the exhilarating 7 Stanes cycle route, surrounded by a plethora of activities including water sports, fishing and the natural beauty of beaches, lochs, rivers, waterfalls, mountains and wildlife in Dumfries & Galloway.
This quaint shepherd's hut has a double bed, seating area and an en-suite. It is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, kitchen essentials, a kettle and provisions for tea, coffee and sugar. We welcome guests to bring a small dog into the hut (extra £10 per night).
In addition to the hut, we provide bed and breakfast accommodation within our main residence.
Our spectacular, undercover hot tub adds a touch of luxury and romance to your stay, offering mesmerising hillside views and an invitation for star gazing (the hot tub is available for hire at an additional cost). Positioned discreetly between the hut and the house, it provides privacy while still allowing you to enjoy the breathtaking scenery.
Guests can roam and relax in over 2 acres of our private garden. I offer a delectable full Scottish breakfast for an additional charge, which can be delivered right to your hut or enjoyed in our dining room.
Secure gated parking is provided, with space for cycles or motorbikes in our barn.
