Carr's Hill is an easily accessible touring and glamping site which is surrounded by open views within a quiet area just outside the town of Denny. The town of Denny stands pretty much at the focal point of central Scotland. Stirling is 7 miles to the north; Falkirk is 5 miles to the east; and Cumbernauld is 6 miles to the south west.
There are 5 hardstanding touring pitches available which all have electric hook up and water points.
The touring site has 2 luxury safari tents. These provide a comfortable way to camp with each tent including a log burning stove, cooking facilities, king size bedroom, triple bunk room, single sofa bed, private shower room, veranda, BBQ and hot/cold water.
There are lots of facilities available onsite including:
Toilet & shower block.
Chemical toilet disposal point.
Therapy room for massages.
The site is very easily accessible from the M9/M80/M876 motorway network and is within easy reach of Stirling, Loch Lomond & The Trossachs. Carr’s Hill sits adjacent to a scheduled ancient roman fort in the countryside outside Stirling, in the heart of Scotland, and is an ideal touring base for Central Scotland and further afield.
