Paddock View Shepherds Hut near Alderholt offers charming glamping accommodation, nestled within the grounds of a natural small holding. Based in a scenic countryside setting in Dorset, we are perfect for the ultimate rural escape.
Our fabulous shepherds hut is a paradise for nature lovers looking for somewhere tranquil to stay. You are welcome to bring a well-behaved dog and a paddock is available for your horse as well. The hut is warm and cosy for those chilly days, whilst also offering an airy and cool feel in the summer months.
Inside the hut, there is a comfy double bed for a peaceful night’s sleep, plus drawers for your clothes. The hut even boasts a luxurious built-in shower. Rustle up some delicious dishes in the well-equipped kitchen that includes an electric hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge and sink as well as all the utensils, cutlery crockery, glasses, and pans. Savour some delicious meals around the dining table that seats 2 people. A smart TV is available but there is no aerial for terrestrial channels so you will need a Prime or Netflix account.
Outside on the lovely decking area, there is a table and chairs for al fresco dining whilst admiring the gorgeous setting.
Paddock View also offers camping for 2 adults, with friends or family required to bring their own tent and camping in the paddock for a small charge. A separate shower and toilet facility are available.
