Description

Warren Bay Holiday Village offers holiday caravans for hire as well as facilities for tourers and tents located just outside of the seaside town of Watchet which is close to Taunton in Somerset. This is a beautiful area of Somerset with lots of countryside, attractive seaside and the guests can benefit from relaxing and unwinding on our own private beach.

If you are staying with a tents, there is a space at the top of the park near the entrance for you to pitch, this area is close to the main toilet and shower block and is also close to the shop.

The caravan park also has space for up to 150 touring caravans, there is an area at the bottom of the park in a 7 acre field that offers fantastic sea views. There is a toilet block located in this field as well as a washing up area.

On the holiday park there are 3 six berth caravans. These caravans have 1 double room and 1 bedroom with 2 singles. The kitchen areas are fully equipped with everything you will need for a self catering holiday. There is also a living area and a shower and toilet room in the caravans.

There is a launderette available in the main toilet building near the park office. The campsite also offers a children's play area and an onsite shop.

The caravan and camping park has its own private beach, there is access down a wooded lane. This part of the coast is designated an ‘area of special scientific interest’ because of its ancient rocks which record some 185 million years of the earth’s history. If the sea is too chilly for swimming, the park has its own heated swimming pool.

Holiday makers can walk easily and safely along the West Somerset Railway Line to the sandy Blue Anchor Bay and Watchet Harbour. On the way they will have close-up views of the steam engines on this very popular tourist railway line. The popular seaside resort of Minehead is only about 20 minutes away by car and the city is Bristol is also within striking distance.
