Mynydd Mawr Caravan and Camping site is located in north west Wales at the tip of the Llyn peninsula, 1.5 miles from Aberdaron village.
The site is an established family run campsite set in a area of outstanding natural beauty overlooking Bardsey Island. (Boat trips to the island can be arranged)
On site facilities include toilets, metered showers, hot and cold water, washing-up area, electrical connections, several water points and a chemical disposal facility. There's also a café onsite, serving breakfast, light lunches and afternoon teas with home made cakes.
This campsite is ideal for those who enjoy walking as the costal path passes through the adjoining headland. There are plenty of fishing coves scattered around for the keen fisherman.
The scenery all around you is stunning. Situated down in the village you will find shops, two pubs which serve excellent food, church and the beach. Whistling sands beach is also nearby.
