Valley Caravan Park was established in 1945 and has been run by the same Cornish family throughout the years. The park is situated in Old Polzeath which is renowned as one of Cornwall's premier surfing beaches.
The park is in a valley leading to the sea with the entrance only 200 yards from Polzeath's sandy beach. We have tried to keep the park as natural as possible encouraging wildlife especially the mallard duck and these nest on the site and with their young and freely waddle the park together with other domesticated ducks, geese and moorhens.
Our main camping field stretches over one side of the park, with a river which runs through the valley separating it from the rest of the park. We have a range of pitch sizes available, including some with electric hook up.
At the Valley Caravan Park, we have a wide section of various models 50 of which form the major part of our letting fleet. All caravans have electricity, water, microwave, gas cooker, T.V., DVD player, toilet and shower. All are fully equipped with duvets, pillows, china, cutlery, saucepans, etc. - you only need to bring your own linen (Bedding and Towels).
Our main camping field has two shower/toilet blocks (metered showers). There is also hot and cold water to the sinks for washing up. (FREE outside hot shower for wetsuits). A family shower cubicle and spacious wet-room for people with disabled facilities is also available.
You can enjoy some tasty treats and a refreshing drink at The Valley Bar & Cafe. During the main school holidays we offer various entertainment. A play area is great for children and has table tennis, monkey bars, slide and swings. Onsite we also have a coin operated launderette.
