Racquety Farm at Wyecliff, just outside Hay-on-Wye, offers wonderful glamping and camping accommodation in a glorious location. Boasting stunning views of Hay-on-Wye in Powys, we are a great place to stay for peace and relaxation.
Our farm is a Soil Association certificated organic farm comprising of arable pasture, orchards and woodland, making us a true haven for outdoor lovers. We offer a comfortable glamping experience in our geodomes which have been hand-crafted on the farm. The domes sleep between 2 to 8 people. All the geodomes come with a range of facilities:
Carpeted and furnished.
Fresh cotton sheets.
A log burner.
Beds and Bedding.
Electric light and point.
Use of compost toilets and hot showers.
Free parking on site.
Dogs allowed by arrangement.
Breakfasts and evening meals are available to pre-book.
Camping is also available at Racquety Farm. Pitches are available in the orchard and on the field overlooking the town of Hay-on-Wye. Family pitches are available. Campers have us of hot showers, kitchen/washing up facilities, compost loos and electric points for charging phones and access to a fridge/freezer in the paddock/orchard area. Camping on the field has access to camp showers and loos (as above) as well as a very comprehensive shower and toilet block.
We have private access to the river with exclusive rights for game and coarse fishing and a canoe launching/landing point. Access to the river facilities is by prior arrangement. The river is a good for catching trout and salmon or coarse fishing for barbel, chubb and Pike.
