Wheatfields Glamping offers luxury glamping accommodation close to the historic town of Rye and the famous Camber Sands. With only two Safari style lodges on site this is a true haven for peace and relaxation for family, friends and the dog!
Generously spaced the two spacious en suite safari lodges can sleep up to 8 people each. Ideal for families or groups of friends either individually or by taking both and having exclusivity of the whole site. The farm stretches into the distance offering beautiful views and amazing sunsets. Footpaths lead to villages and Romney Marsh and beyond.
Each tent has its Hot Tub, new this year on the large decking area along with the outside kitchen/bar with a BBQ/griddle and pizza oven. A firepit sits alongside. This is a great place to relax and enjoy the uninterrupted views of the ancient cliff of the Isle of Oxney and the Rother Valley.
The lodges offer flexible sleeping options. "Sandpiper" includes the adjacent bell tent with its wonderful old iron double bed. Stone Washed bed linen and bath sheet size towels are included. The adjoining modern bathrooms have hot showers, locally supplied toiletries and more wonderful views.
The spacious interiors have large dining tables, comfy sofas and wood burning stoves. Fully equipped kitchens with a gas hob, fridge and basic essentials including slippers and hot-water bottles just in case!
Lastly and not least are the sunsets and the dark starry night skies With no light pollution these really can be magical with the wildlife sounds joining in.
