Butt Farm is a family-run working farm located just 2 miles from the historic market town of Beverley in East Yorkshire. Set along a network of footpaths and cycleways, it offers easy access for walking or cycling into Beverley and exploring the surrounding countryside.
The farm offers a range of modern facilities to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. Recently installed heated washrooms and showers are available for both men and women, each including a larger, accessible shower cubicle designed for families or guests supporting someone with additional needs. A utility room provides free hot water for dishwashing and all site facilities are accessible via steps and ramp access. Guests can also make use of a shared fridge, freezer and kettle. BBQs and firepits are available to hire, note that guests are not permitted to bring their own firepits or wood and fires must be extinguished by 11pm. Additional amenities include a dog shower, chemical disposal point, secure bike storage, an e-bike charging point, bike racks, a bike wash, recycling facilities and an on-site information board to help plan your stay.
Glamping accommodation is available in our lodge. This is ideal for people who want that added bit of luxurious. Inside you will find a double and a bathroom with a toilet, shower and sink. Table/chairs also convert into a single bed. A kitchen area comes with a range of appliances to suit all your needs. Outside there is garden furniture on the decking and a firepit and BBQ are available to hire for an additional cost.
There are also three gypsy wagons to choose from. All the wagons have been lovingly restored and boast many original features. They include a small raised double bed, private decking area and an outside seating area with a bench. A short walk from the wagon is an undercover cooking/eating area and electricity for phone charging.
