Ardmoy CL is a peaceful, well-maintained campsite located in the grounds of the former factor’s house on the historic Mansfield Estates, just off the A94 between Perth and Scone.
The all-grass site gently slopes toward the boundary fence and enjoys a north-west facing aspect with beautiful, far-reaching views of the Grampian Mountains. Levelling blocks are recommended due to the natural slope.
The site provides essential facilities including a mains water standpipe, chemical and grey waste disposal points, as well as recycling and general waste bins. While electric hook-ups are not available, silent generators are permitted between 8am and 10pm and battery charging can be arranged via our on-site workshop.
The nearby village of Scone is just 400 yards away and offers a range of local amenities. These include two popular gastro pubs - The Scone Arms and Brown and Blacks, an Italian restaurant and a Chinese/chip shop takeaway. You'll also find a Co-op, Tesco, Spar and a petrol station at Tesco, along with other small shops, making this a convenient yet tranquil base for exploring the area. There are plenty of places to visit in the area, including:
Scone Palace.
Huntingtower Castle.
Fair Maids House.
The Black Watch Castle & Museum.
Stanley Mills.
