Higher Penmayne Farm is a peaceful year-round caravan and camping park located in the popular holiday destination of Rock on the stunning North Cornish coastline. Nestled within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the park features 45 pitches spread across six acres, surrounded by open fields. Here, guests can experience the tranquility of the Cornish countryside while remaining close to all the attractions the area has to offer.
In each of our fields, pitches are positioned around the edges, leaving the central space open for children to play or for you to relax outside your tent, caravan, or motorhome. Well-behaved dogs are welcome, but we kindly ask that they remain on a sensible-length lead while on site.
Centrally located between the three fields is a toilet and shower block, along with two outdoor sinks for washing dishes and a vintage water pump with a sink for rinsing wetsuits after a day at the beach. All three fields offer electric hook-up pitches, with the Top Field and New Field also providing non hook-up options. Drinking water and fire points are available in each field and complimentary Wi-Fi is accessible throughout the site.
Our onsite facilities include electric hook-up and standard non hook-up pitches and a well-maintained toilet and shower block. Showers are available both indoors (coin-operated, 50p) and outdoors (free, swimwear required). Additional amenities include two 7kW EV chargers (for an extra fee), outdoor sinks for dishwashing, drinking water points, a chemical disposal area and recycling and rubbish bins. Fire points are conveniently located and guests can enjoy access to a tennis court (additional charge). Caravan storage is also available, subject to availability.
Rock Beach and Porthhilly Cove are within walking distance and Polzeath Beach and Daymer Bay are only a short drive away. Local activities to enjoy including walking, sailing, fishing, water-skiing, surfing, windsurfing and cycling. Lots of attractions are in the local area, including:
