This is a holiday park offers a selection of accommodation styles, including magical glamping accommodation and a fully equipped, designated camping and caravan area – you choose which you prefer.

Our 3 glamping options are the perfect alternative to the traditional glamping experience. All of the glamping options offer a cosy and relaxing feel, whilst our fabulous megapods include memory foam mattresses, heating, lighting, fridges, microwaves and kettles. The camping huts (pods) are not equipped.

Mega Pods: Camping whatever the weather! Ruthern Valley glamping Mega Pods in Cornwall are a first of their kind. They offer a full double bed, sofa bed, a mini-kitchen and en-suite washroom with loo. An excellent option for a few days’ break in the peaceful countryside. The photo shows the new Ruthern Valley Megapod – with the deck that Andrew built!

Standard Camping Pods: Camping Pods sleep up to 2 adults and 2 children, a fantastic wooden tent to keep you warm and dry - you do need to bring all your camping gear except the tent, they are not equipped. Outside they have wooden decks to sit out on, cook and enjoy your surroundings at this holiday park. We also have electric pods available which include a double socket to plug in a light or charge your phone.

Glamping Pods: These charming glamping pods sleeps 5 people in a quirky eco cabin. Excellent facilities include double-glazing, a secure and lockable door, beds with memory foam mattress, fridge, kettle, microwave, electric heater and picnic table.

If a holiday with a roof over your head is what you’re looking for then there is a choice from 8 timber cabins, 4 Cedarwood bungalows, 3 static holiday caravans, all fully equipped for self-catering. The touring caravan and camping area has 26 pitches, 6 of which have electric hook-up; there are a designated campers’ shower and toilet block – with solar hot water - and laundry facilities.

Lodges: These eight lodges are set amongst the trees blending perfectly into their natural surroundings. They provide a good level of comfort and warmth throughout the year, with the advantage of a covered walkway and verandah. All lodges at this holiday park are two bedroomed, plus a sofa bed in the lounge, sleeping up to 4 adults and 2 children. There is a well-equipped kitchen/diner and a bathroom with a shower over the bath.

Caravans: These three static caravans are nestled in amongst the trees each with its own designated picnic area and adjacent parking space. The caravans are positioned to create a feeling of seclusion and privacy set in amongst nature, not regimented lines as on many sites.

Each self catering caravan has all services - a full-size cooker and fridge in the kitchen and a colour TV in the lounge – and its own bathroom and toilet. There are 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the lounge – accommodation for up to 4 adults and two children.
