Description

Tucker's Grave Inn & Campsite in Faulkland offers a wonderful camping experience for all the family. Our campsite near Bath is the perfect place to escape from the pressures of modern life.

We offer a wonderful camping experience in a gorgeous countryside setting. This peaceful and beautiful location is ideal for city dwellers looking for a rural experience. We have 60 pitches in total for campers, tourers and motorhomes. Toilet facilities are also available.

When you're ready to hit the hay, our lavish shower toilet block will make you feel like the king or queen of the campground. With underfloor heating that's hotter than a disco dance floor, you'll be strutting your stuff even on the chilliest of days.

You can enjoy a bit of live entertainment most weekends whilst staying with us. Our barn events are perfect for dancing the night away. Unleash your inner dance superstar and rock out into the evening. We also have a fantastic skittle alley, offering the ultimate battleground to demonstrate your skills.

Onsite we have a lovely inn which is a 200 year old cider house, 1 of only 6 left in the country, is on the National inventory of historic interiors & has hardly changed since WW1. It offers a variety of real ale and cider. From Butcome original to Thatcher Ceddar Valley, we have something for everyone.

The interior is rustic with some original Georgian wood panelling, stripped back wooden floors, a working Victorian fireplace, settles, pews & large wooden tables. A great place to socialise over a pint or two. You also enjoy the beer garden on a warm summer’s day which enjoys stunning countryside views. There is often live music and functions located in the barn that overlooks some of the camping field.

You can enjoy some tasty meals in our cafe, a former milking parlour. Perfect for a caffeine fix, indulging your sweet tooth, or tucking into some comfort food, we have something for everyone.

Lots of excellent cycling and walking routes are available in the local area, including the The Colliers Way which is part of Route 24 of the National Cycle Network. The route follows the old Somerset & Dorset Railway line and also the former Great Western line.

Local attractions include:

Longleat.
Cheddar Gorge.
Wookey Hole.
Bradford on Avon.
Wells Cathedral.
Glastonbury Tor.
Stonehenge.
