Wheems Holiday Accommodation offers 20 pitches for tents, 10 pitches for motorhomes and camper vans as well as 4 glamping pods located 3 miles to the village of St Margaret's Hope in Orkney.

We now have Camping Pods. These wooden huts known as Camping Pods are a convenient alternative to the tent yet still retain all the ambiance of the camping holiday. The Camping Pods have got electrical options such as Lights, heating and extra sockets for charging your electronics etc. Our campsite has nine pitches, two of them have electric hook-up points.

Our caravan park has a variety of pitches. There are also glamping pods available which can sleep up to 7 people.
The touring park includes a football field and entertainment including a monthly quiz and karaoke.

There are 7 tent pitches and 10 hard standing pitches; 4 of which are 40 foot long, helpful for big motor homes or caravans & cars which don't want to unhitch for an overnight stop. The pitches are surrounded by trees which offer shelter, there is mains water, recycling facilities and a dump station for the disposal of grey water and chemical toilet disposal. To ensure the campsite stays clean all the roads are tarred and gritted so even in the wet weather they don't get muddy.

Hidden within the unusual exterior you will find everything you need for your luxury camping holiday; a kettle, microwave, fridge, crockery and cutlery. The comfortable interior is decked out in nautical colours, right down to the blankets and cushions for when you want to tuck yourself away with a good book. In the unlikely event that you tire of the views, there is a TV for your entertainment too.
