If you welcome tranquillity and enjoy the countryside this may well be the site for you. Please note we have two touring pitches available for caravans in addition to the seasonals are open for tents from March to October.

Kniveton, Ashbourne, DerbyshireOur Mulinopods are three glamping pods on a working farm outside of Kniveton with fantastic views of the surrounding Derbyshire countryside. Our glamping pods are only a short drive from Ashbourne and the many places of interest and local attraction throughout the heart of England.
2 pods are called Damson and Blue Bell. They can sleep up to three adults or two adults and two children. Our Damson Mulinopod is pet friendly and we welcome well behaved dogs on our farm. As we have sheep roaming around your Mulinopods, we have to limit this to two per stay and must be kept on leads at all times.

We have a one acre lawned site being just outside the Hamlet of Easton away from the noise of main roads on a quiet unclassified road. The CL is only 5 van but each pitch is a super pitch with fresh drinking water, grey water disposal and individual electric hook ups. We provide hard standing, well spaced pitches along with an easy accessible road with some discreet dusk to dawn lighting. We now also have shower, WC facilities and chemical disposal point.

On the town side of the A49, all the way from Minton to All Stretton there is a whole series of pretty valleys - Callow Hollow, Ashes Hollow, Townbrook Valley, Carding Mill Valley, Cwm Dale, Batch Valley, to name but some - any of which will lead you up on to the top of the Long Mynd.
Lower Lacon Caravan Park

Lower Lacon Caravan Park started life as the back entrance of the Aston Park American Army Camp (which was a munitions and distribution depot) built in the 2nd World War, on land compulsory purchased from Clive’s paternal grandfather. When they were developing the area they lost a D8 Bulldozer (it sank in the soil) so the Americans covered most of the Park with hardcore up to a depth of 3 feet, brought from local foundries, (which makes pegging in most places quite difficult). In 1971 Clive’s parents bought the ground back and decided to develop a caravan site.
